The seventh Miss Universe pageant, Miss Universe 1958 was held in Long Beach, California, USA for the 7th time. In this pageant, thirty six contestants competed, where finally, Miss Colombia, 19-year-old Luz Marina Zuluaga won the competition. She was crowned by Miss Universe 1957, Gladys Zender from Peru.
